India’s dynamic and fast-growing QSR coffee chain, Nothing Before Coffee (NBC), today announced a powerful growth narrative, cementing its position as the fastest-growing café brand in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.

Creating a strong national connect by transforming how Bharat consumes its
daily brew, the company reported a massive 1.5X growth in revenue, jumping from ₹59 crore in FY
2024-25 to ₹90 crore in FY 2025-26 (CAGR 52.5%). Demonstrating highly disciplined, unit
economics-driven expansion, NBC grew its core outlet count from 86 in FY 24-25 to 109 in FY 25
26 (CAGR 26.74%).

Expanding rapidly into high-potential, underserved markets, the brand has scaled its live presence to
45 cities across 12 states as of June 2026, keeping it strictly on track to hit its hyper-growth target
of over 170 pan-India outlets by the end of FY 27.

As India's café culture shifts decisively away from metro monopolies, NBC has captured the lion's share
of the youth market in booming regional epicenters like Jaipur, Indore, Lucknow, Varanasi, Surat,
and Ahmedabad. This momentum is trickling down heavily into Tier 3 high streets and college
clusters, where consumer data indicates an eager willingness to spend ₹150 to ₹300 per beverage,
provided the environment feels genuinely premium.

Catering to a generation that views iced beverages as an all-day companion, the brand's cold coffees,
iced lattes, Shrappe, and flavored brews, anchored by its thick signature ‘Shrappe’ have emerged
as massive volume drivers.

“Our robust growth is a powerful testament to our brand’s resonance and sharp focus on scalable, unit
economics-driven expansion across Bharat. For Gen Z in Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns, coffee is no longer just
a functional beverage; it is an accessible lifestyle choice and a statement of identity. By pairing a refined,
premium café aesthetic with disruptive value propositions like our Super Coffee Pass, we are not just
opening outlets, we are building the default social hubs for India’s next generation,” said Ankesh Jain,
Co-founder of Nothing Before Coffee.

To bridge the gap between aspirational café culture and pocket-friendly frequency, NBC launched its
disruptive Super Coffee Pass. Priced at ₹1,799 for 30 coffees across 30 days, the pass effectively
brings the per-cup cost of a high-end café beverage down to ₹60. This has solved transaction friction
for the consumer while securing guaranteed, daily high-frequency footfall for the brand.

  • The brand projects to reach over 170 outlets pan-India in FY27, expanding its active footprint from current
    45 cities across 12 states.
    • NBC showcases a 1.5X revenue surge, growing from ₹59 Cr in FY 24-25 to ₹90 Cr in FY 25-26, marking a
    powerful CAGR of 52.5%.
    • Launched the highly anticipated Super Coffee Pass, priced at ₹1799, offering 30 coffees for 30 days to make

beyond the premium coffee model to build ongoing loyalty among young consumers.
