Ex- Mooving Executives Launches AI-Based Used EV Resale Platform TrusTerra
Mooving co-founder Tanvir Singh unveiled TrusTerra, India’s first AI-powered platform for used EV resale. With solutions like TruEV Score™, TerraCash™, and TerraBid™, the platform aims to make pre-owned EV transactions transparent, and hassle-free.

Amid India’s rapidly growing electric vehicle market, a dedicated platform for pre-owned EVs has been launched. Tanvir Singh,co-founder of Mooving, announced his new venture TrusTerra today, along with co-founders Saurabh Arora, Madhu Reddy, and Chanakya Agarwal.

Positioned as India’s first AI-backed used EV resale platform, TrusTerra seeks to address the biggest pain points of the pre-owned EV market – lack of trust, lack of standardisation, and poor resale value.

At the core of the platform is the TruEV Score™, an AI-driven tool that assesses a vehicle’s battery health, range, and remaining useful life (RUL). Much like a credit score for EVs, it provides transparency, fair pricing, and builds trust for buyers, sellers, and dealers.

Additionally, TrusTerra has launched two key solutions:

TerraCash™, which allows EV owners to receive a quick health check of their vehicle and secure offers with payment within 24 hours.

TerraBid™, a certified dealer auction platform that ensures only quality EVs enter the market while offering financing, warranties, and buyback options.

“Used EVs are not a side market, they are the market,” said Tanvir Singh, co-founder of TrusTerra. “For India to electrify affordably, a trusted resale backbone is critical. We are building that backbone to ensure every EV owner can unlock fair value, every dealer can trade with confidence, and every buyer can purchase with trust.”

“The lack of a trusted resale framework has been one of the biggest barriers to wider EV adoption in India,” said Avinash Sharma, Founder, ElectricPe talking about the launch. “TrusTerra’s AI-backed approach with the TruEV Score™ has the potential to unlock both consumer and dealer confidence, and will play an important role in strengthening the EV ecosystem.”

The company will begin operations in Delhi-NCR, before expanding to Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad. Over the next 3–5 years, TrusTerra aims to facilitate over 1 million pre-owned EV transactions and achieve a ₹500 crore market cap within its first two years.

TrusTerra’s mission is clear to make used EV resale credible, standardised, and accessible, thereby accelerating EV adoption across India.
