Lava Foray Into UK Market With Launch Of Agni 4N

Entering a new overseas market, India's lone homegrown smartphone brand Lava has expanded its operations into the United Kingdom with the launch of the Agni 4N smartphone in London. The phone will be sold via Amazon. The brand informs that people in the UK are seeking higher quality products at a lesser price.

On the specifications front, the Lava Agni 4N sports a 6.67 inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and 2,400 nits peak brightness. The phone ships with a 5,000 mAh battery supported by 66W charging. Agni 4N features a customizable Action Key for shortcut to trigger functions like camera, torch, vibration mode, and apps.

It also bears an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass.

Agni 4N runs on a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 processor with 8 GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256 GB UFS 4.0 storage. The phone operates on Android 16 out of the box. It will get 2 OS upgrades and 3 years of security patches.

Agni 4N sports a 50 MP main camera with OIS and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. It gets a 50 MP selfie camera. Agni 4N also gets Vayu AI, Lava's own version of gen AI that helps in summarising and editing.

Lava Agni 4N will sell in Phantom Black and Lunar Mist, starting September 4 at £499.
