In a strategic move to broaden its customer base and deepen market penetration, homegrown salon chain Cut&Style has launched Cut&Style Mini, a compact, quick-service salon format aimed at Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, niche urban areas, and high-footfall metro locations.
Designed for efficiency and accessibility, the Mini format offers core grooming services such as haircuts, beard grooming, and facials, catering to high-demand needs with fast turnaround times. The concept is tailored for smaller commercial spaces and operates with lower investment, without compromising on Cut&Style’s standards of quality, hygiene, and professionalism.
“Our mission has always been to make quality salon services accessible across India,” said Aditya Sharma, CEO of Cut&Style. “With the launch of our Mini format, we’re not just reaching new geographies—we’re also creating strong opportunities for first-time entrepreneurs, including women and local business owners, to be part of a proven and trusted brand.”
Though smaller in footprint, Cut&Style Mini maintains the brand’s hallmark features: staff trained at in-house academies, consistent SOPs, stringent hygiene protocols, and use of premium salon products. Regular skill upgradation, certification programs, and quality audits ensure consistent service delivery across locations.
The new format is being offered as a franchise opportunity, with an investment range of Rs 25–30 lakhs, targeting aspiring business owners looking for a low-risk, scalable venture. Franchise partners will receive end-to-end support, including staffing, training, marketing, inventory management, and access to a centralized performance dashboard.
With more than 130 outlets across 26 cities since its founding in 2020, Cut&Style continues its rapid growth, now aiming to democratize salon services and foster entrepreneurship across India's evolving beauty and grooming landscape.
