Burger Singh, India’s largest homegrown burger chain, marked its official entry into Bengaluru with a high-impact activation that drew more than 15,000 registrations and resulted in over 3,300 complimentary meals distributed across its Sarjapur, HSR Layout and BTM Layout outlets in a single day.

Running from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m., The Big Singh Feast campaign generated sustained queues at all three locations, with customers arriving ahead of opening hours. The initiative attracted families, students and local communities, reflecting strong early traction for the brand in a competitive metro market dominated by global quick-service restaurant (QSR) players.

A coordinated digital and on-ground strategy contributed to the campaign’s reach and engagement. The digital rollout featured hyperlocal targeting, countdown content, WhatsApp-based amplification and AI-generated reel content that significantly boosted visibility and registrations. Offline efforts included neighbourhood branding, in-store communication and extensive on-ground mobilisation, creating a unified funnel that delivered both high recall and strong footfall.

The giveaway offered two of Burger Singh’s flagship products—the Big Crispy Chicken Meal and Udta Punjab 2.0 Meal—accompanied by Dilli 6 Fries and the brand’s signature Gulabo beverage. The menu selection reinforced Burger Singh’s positioning around bold, desi-inspired flavours, which many first-time customers noted as a differentiator from international burger formats.

“Bangalore gave us a historic moment,” said Ayush Kumar, Senior Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain, Burger Singh. “The response we witnessed—comparable to major entertainment or tech launches—demonstrates the city’s strong affinity for innovative homegrown brands. It is an encouraging indicator of our long-term potential in this region.”

Following its launch, Burger Singh has reported consistent growth in footfall, repeat visits and word-of-mouth momentum within the city. The success of The Big Singh Feast further solidifies Bengaluru as one of the brand’s most promising markets for sustained expansion.
