Aayush Wellness Limited, a leader in preventive healthcare, has launched its first Smart Health ATM in Virar, Maharashtra, marking a major step toward accessible, technology-driven medical services across India. The launch comes amid a surge in investor confidence, with the company’s stock price climbing over 80% in the last three months to ₹116.9.
The Smart Health ATM is a compact, self-service healthcare kiosk designed to offer rapid diagnostics, telemedicine consultations, and digital health record management. It can perform up to 59 health tests, including blood sugar, hemoglobin, lipid profile, eye and skin tests, and cancer risk assessments — all within minutes and at affordable rates. The kiosk also connects to the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission and supports teleconsultations with certified doctors.
“Our Cloud Clinic model delivers affordable, high-quality healthcare to underserved populations,” said Managing Director Naveena Kumar. “It empowers individuals in rural and semi-urban areas to take control of their health in a cost-effective and accessible way.”
Aayush Wellness plans to invest up to ₹25 crore in the first phase of its expansion, aiming to establish a pan-India presence and enhance its offline distribution network. The initiative aligns with the company’s vision to make preventive healthcare a routine part of everyday life, reducing the nation’s reliance on reactive treatments.
The company has also rewarded its shareholders with a 1:10 stock split, a bonus issue, and a 1% interim dividend for Q3 FY25. Its stock has seen a dramatic rise, gaining 500% in the past year and 5,000% over the last two years.
Beyond diagnostics, Aayush Wellness centres will offer a range of support services including doctor appointments, hospitalization assistance, vaccination drives, mental wellness counseling, home care coordination, and insurance claim support. The centres will also help people access government health schemes and participate in national health campaigns.
