Wyndham Hotel Group, a part of Wyndham Worldwide has announced the signing of its seven properties to strengthen the company’s presence in India.

Wyndham Hotel Group, a part of Wyndham Worldwide has announced the signing of its seven properties to strengthen the company’s presence in India. The company is all set to open Ramada and Days Inn brands via franchise route.

Out of seven, Ramada brand will be opened at six locations. For this the company has signed a franchise agreement with Aerens Goldsouk International Ltd headquartered at Gurgaon for four properties in Chennai, Kochi, Hisar and Ludhiana, and with the Madhuban Group for two properties in Dehradun and Mussoorie. Also, The Days Inn brand has signed an agreement with Mosaic Infraventures Pvt. Ltd for the Days Hotel which will be fourth in Raipur.

At present, the company is operating through 12 hotels in India that are already operating and another eight properties are currently under development. The company is also planning to increase its properties in Asia Pacific region. The region already has 360 hotels and over 55,000 rooms under the Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Ramada, Howard Johnson, Days Inn, Super 8 and Microtel Inns & Suites hotel brands.
