Micromax’s Kapoor is VLCC’s Independent Director

VLCC Health Care has declared former Micromax Informatics Chairman Sanjay Kapoor as Independent Director on its board.

VLCC Health Care has declared former Micromax Informatics Chairman Sanjay Kapoor as Independent Director on its board. Kapoor was earlier Chief Executive with telecom services provider Bharti Airtel. He was also Director at PVR Cinemas and Benett Coleman and Company Limited.

The wellness and slimming services company expands its operations via franchise and company-owned modes and has an extensive presence in India and abroad.

The firm has a presence across 134 cities and 11 countries in South Asia, South East Asia, the GCC Region and East Africa. Within India, VLCC operates 187 wellness centres through a distribution network of 72,000 outlets. It also has a bulk manufacturing and formulation development agreement for its personal care products with a Swiss firm.
