Simandhar Education Launches Women’s Day Scholarship to Support Women in Finance

In a significant move towards gender inclusivity in the finance and accounting sector, Simandhar Education has announced a special Women’s Day Scholarship Program. The initiative aims to support women professionals by offering financial aid on globally recognised certifications such as CPA, CMA, CIA, and EA.

Running from March 6 to March 31, 2025, the scholarship provides a ₹30,000 reduction on the CPA (2-year plan) and ₹15,000 off on CMA, EA, and CIA programs. To qualify, applicants must achieve a minimum score of 70% in an online scholarship test, which evaluates accounting knowledge, finance aptitude, problem-solving skills, and logical reasoning.

Simandhar Education is dedicated to bridging the gender gap in finance leadership roles. Speaking about the initiative, Poonam Jain, Co-Founder of Simandhar Education, highlighted the challenges women face in advancing their careers. "Education and certifications are key to breaking barriers in the finance sector. This scholarship program is designed to provide women with the right tools to grow and excel in leadership roles."
