Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) has strengthened its footprint in North India with the launch of two new properties in Uttar Pradesh — Park Inn by Radisson Lucknow Vikas Nagar and Radisson Hotel Prayagraj. The move reinforces RHG’s strategic focus on expanding across key Indian cities, especially in high-growth regions.
The newly opened Park Inn by Radisson in Lucknow’s bustling Vikas Nagar area brings a blend of comfort and modern amenities tailored for today’s urban travelers. With contemporary rooms, an all-day dining venue, rooftop bar, fitness center, and outdoor pool, the hotel also features a unique 'Read It & Return' library in its cozy lobby, offering guests a homely and engaging environment.
In Prayagraj, RHG has unveiled the city’s first international five-star hotel, marking a milestone in the region’s hospitality evolution. Located in the heart of the Civil Lines area, Radisson Hotel Prayagraj is designed to cater to both business and leisure guests, offering elegant accommodations, multiple dining options, expansive banquet facilities, and a dedicated wellness floor with an infinity pool that provides panoramic views of the city.

The openings were made possible through strategic collaborations with local partners. Sangam Mishra, Chairman and Owner of Park Inn by Radisson Lucknow Vikas Nagar, emphasized the brand's commitment to offering international quality with local warmth. “This property reflects the vibrancy of Lucknow while delivering the trusted service of a global brand,” he said.
Owais Usmani, Managing Director of Presidency International Hotels Pvt Ltd, which owns the Prayagraj hotel, called the launch a landmark moment for the city. “Partnering with Radisson brings world-class hospitality to Prayagraj, complementing its growing appeal as both a business and tourism destination,” he noted.
With over 200 hotels in operation and development across India, Radisson Hotel Group remains one of the country’s largest international hotel operators. More than half of its Indian portfolio is spread across tier-2 and tier-3 cities, underscoring its strategy of tapping into underserved but fast-growing markets.
The dual launches signal RHG’s continued push to shape new hospitality benchmarks across India, with Uttar Pradesh now emerging as a focal point in its growth trajectory.
