Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing mid-scale and premium hospitality brands, has announced the signing of two new properties—Lemon Tree Resort, Bapatla in Andhra Pradesh, and Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhilai in Chhattisgarh. Both hotels will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, the company’s wholly owned management subsidiary.

The new signings strengthen Lemon Tree’s presence in both states, expanding its portfolio to better serve business and leisure travellers seeking fresh, contemporary, and value-driven stays.

Lemon Tree Resort, Bapatla, Andhra Pradesh

Located in the tranquil coastal town of Bapatla, known for the serene Suryalanka Beach, Lemon Tree Resort aims to offer guests a peaceful seaside escape complemented by the city’s relaxed charm.
Key features planned for the resort include 90 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant and a bar, banquet and meeting facilities, recreational amenities including a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre.

The resort will be accessible from Vijayawada International Airport, approximately 100 km away, and from Vijayawada Junction, about 85 km away. It is well connected by major road networks and public transportation.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh

Set in Bhilai—popularly known as India’s Steel City—Lemon Tree Hotel will serve a destination where industrial progress meets calm residential neighbourhoods. The city, anchored by the landmark Bhilai Steel Plant, offers strong corporate demand alongside a simple, modern lifestyle.
Key offerings at the property include 72 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, banquet and meeting facilities, a swimming pool and spa. The hotel is located approximately 58 km from Swami Vivekananda Airport in Raipur and 41 km from Raipur Railway Station, with convenient road connectivity.

Speaking about the additions, Vilas Pawar, CEO – Managed & Franchise Business, Lemon Tree Hotels, said, “With these signings, we are pleased to extend our footprint to two unique locations. From thriving commercial hubs to serene, nature-led destinations, both states offer immense potential for quality hospitality. Andhra Pradesh has six operational and three upcoming hotels, while this will be our first property in Chhattisgarh.”

The new properties reinforce the brand’s commitment to expanding across diverse markets while delivering consistent, guest-focused experiences.
