Blue Tokai Appoints Former Yum! Brands Executive Pranav Dahiya as Chief Business Officer

Specialty coffee chain Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters has appointed Pranav Dahiya as its Chief Business Officer, strengthening its leadership team as the brand continues its expansion across India and international markets.

As per a social media post update, Dahiya states, “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Chief Business Officer at Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters.”

He joins Blue Tokai from Yum! Brands, where he served as Chief Financial & Strategy Officer – Pizza Hut and Board Member – Yum India. His appointment brings nearly two decades of experience spanning consumer businesses, financial services and banking.

Throughout his career, Dahiya has held leadership positions across finance, strategy, sales, business operations and growth functions. Prior to Yum! Brands, he spent more than four years at Chaayos, serving as Chief Financial Officer and earlier as Chief of Staff. He has also worked with Hero FinCorp as National Sales Manager – Corporate & Institutional Finance and held senior roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank, ING and Godrej.

The company operates a growing network of cafés and roasteries across the country and has expanded its footprint internationally with a presence in Japan and the UAE.
