T.I.M.E. acquires majority stake in Veta

Triumphant Institute of Management Education Pvt. Ltd (T.I.M.E.), an Indian test-prep institute with pan-India presence, has acquired majority stake in Veta.

Triumphant Institute of Management Education Pvt. Ltd (T.I.M.E.), an Indian test-prep institute with pan-India presence, has acquired majority stake in Veta. Veta, an English training institute, based out of Chennai, is operating through 250 franchise centres across India.

Veta offers a self-tutor pack called ‘Veta Best' to enable the students to learn from home. It also gives its learners the facility of customised training programmes through Veta Corp.

T.I.M.E. had set its foot into the pre-school segment with T.I.M.E. Kids. The company presently operates 35 T.I.M.E. Kids schools across four southern states. The company has also forayed into the formal education category with its co-educational, non-residential CBSE schools which is present in two locations in Hyderabad.
