Sidharth Gupta is the Co-founder of Treebo Hotels. Sidharth has divided his life in four phases, pursuing his Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee, an MBA degree from IIM Bangalore, working with Mc Kinsey and then working with Myntra and Flipkart. As the Vice President - Strategy & Corporate Development at Myntra, Sidharth co-led the strategy team and drove multiple strategic initiatives for the group. During his 5-year stint at McKinsey & Company, he spearheaded various client facing projects involving solving business problems for large organizations across sectors. Treebo Hotels is a 'digital hotel chain' which works to deliver high quality hospitality in the unorganised and fragmented budget segment of this industry. The ultimate goal is to ensure unconditional love from customers through offering quality accommodation at reasonable prices. Sidharth wants to make Treebo Hotel an equally ideal workplace by building an unparalleled culture of granting autonomy and flexibility to the employees.
