John Westland is the International Franchise Business Manager for The Melting Pot Restaurants, the premier fondue restaurant franchise with more than 120 restaurants in 35 U.S. states, Canada, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and coming soon to Qatar.

Mr. Westland works with the Melting Pot International partners on all aspects of their business including development, operations, marketing, training and cuisine. Mr. Westland has been with the Melting Pot for over 8 years, and prior worked for Domino’s Pizza for 12 years as Distribution Field Manager, Franchise Business Consultant, and National New Store/Development Leader. Mr. Westland is a Certified Franchise Executive and graduate of the Michigan State University Hotel and Restaurant Management program.
