Malini Reddy was the Liasoning agent for Samsung International through the years 2002 to 2006. Simultaneously, she was trading industrial chemicals with Rayalseema Alkalis to major parts of Gujarat for 6 years. In 2008, owing to her passion for Aloe Vera, she moved to the trading hub-Dubai in order to trade Aloe Vera to the European countries. Meanwhile she was the Director of a Hydraulics company- Flowline Technology for 4 years.

While she kept herself busy with management, her passion for Aloe Vera took a leap. Although Aloe Vera trading has been a part of her career for 20 years, she wanted to bring Aloe Vera to the common man. Thus, Eden birthed in 2014 under the guidance of Malini Reddy.

The motto behind Eden she says is "To breakthrough the conventional ideals around Spa & Salon while, using Aloe Vera to give a modern and healthier touch to the Spa industry."
