Chackochen has excellent communication and executions skill and has used his skills extensively and gained over 23+ years of experience in the field of franchising in India with double MA and pursuing Ph D in Franchise Management, has developed entrepreneurs through franchising as a vehicle and has a vision to build 1000 entrepreneurs in the country.

Having two articles on Franchising to his credit, he has been awarded the Best Franchise Manager award, in the country by FIHL in 2005. He is a sought after speaker on franchising and has penned many articles in various franchising magazines and forums in the country. He was instrumental in putting up the Retail Franchising event organised by FICCI and Madras University in 2014. He has handled renowned brands such as DSRC, SSI, APTECH, NIIT, CADD Centre, Internetworkz, Cavinkare’s – Green Trends & Limelite to name a few.
