Mr. Sumit Tayal,
Director, Helix Investments Advisors India Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Tayal leads the India team for Helix Investments. Helix is a $100mm PE fund and has been active in India since 2007. Prior to joining Helix, he has worked with KPMG Business Performance Services and Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Helix is backed by two US family offices and has a strong preference for asset light businesses and its preferred sectors are consumer brands, services and manufacturing. Within these sectors, Helix does both growth equity deals as well as management buyouts. Helix prefers to invest at the growth capital stage and does not do early stage investments.
