Mr. Mousum Pal Choudhury,
Vice President, Avigo Capital Partners Pvt. Ltd.
With a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Mr. Mousum is the Vice President (Investments) in Avigo Capital Partners. He has been with Avigo Capital Partners for more than 5 ½ years. He has more than 7 years of experience in Private Equity Investments and Mergers & Acquisitions. He also has 3 years experience of managing large scale infrastructure projects in Larsen & Toubro.
He is the member of the board of directors of Rinac India Limited. Mr. Mousum is experienced in investing in SME companies in brick and mortar businesses like Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction and Retailing.
He has worked across the entire activity span for a PE fund viz. fund raising, deal sourcing, deal evaluation, term sheet negotiation, due diligence, legal documentation, post investment monitoring & organisation building and structuring exits.
National pride, or the spirit that binds us together as a
collective soul, does not have a permanent home in our
hearts and mind. For most of us it responds to the
stimulus of a cricket match, on national holidays or
situations of armed conflict. Most of the times we are
filled with mixed emotions.
