B. H. Anil Kumar joined Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in 1987 in Karnataka cadre.
While working for Government of Karnataka at various positions during 1987 to 2013, He handled different assignments like Land Revenue & Management, Urban Development, Human Resource Development, Social Justice & Empowerment, Consumer Affairs Food & Public Distribution, Commerce, Transport, Agriculture & Cooperation, etc.
Mr. B. H. Kumar has also worked as the Managing Director of Karnataka Soaps & Detergents Ltd., Mysore Paper Mills Ltd. and Karnataka State Road Development Corporation.
He has also worked as Chief Project Officer in Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project (K-Ship).
National pride, or the spirit that binds us together as a
collective soul, does not have a permanent home in our
hearts and mind. For most of us it responds to the
stimulus of a cricket match, on national holidays or
situations of armed conflict. Most of the times we are
filled with mixed emotions.
