Ace Turtle broadens Toys"R"Us footprint with inaugural store in Bengaluru

 This move is part of ace turtle's strategic initiative to broaden Toys"R"Us's footprint in India, with plans to establish 12 stores by 2024. Currently, Toys"R"Us operates two stores in India, including a retail outlet in Hyderabad and a recently opened flagship store in Mumbai.

Situated in the integrated township of Bhartiya City near Hebbal in Bengaluru, the new store spans 6,200 sq. ft., offering a seamless toy shopping experience for children and families. The store boasts an extensive range of leading international brands such as LEGO, Hasbro, and Mattel, alongside popular Indian brands like Playshifu, Funskool, and Winmagic. Visitors of all ages can enjoy interactive elements throughout the store, capture memorable photos with Geoffrey the Giraffe, and partake in branded experiences from top toy brands.

In June 2021, ace turtle formed a joint venture with Flipkart Group’s Wholesale Entity in India to acquire the Toys"R"Us license in India. This collaboration resulted in the launch of India’s first Toys"R"Us retail store in Hyderabad in March 2023, followed by the opening of the flagship store in Mumbai's Linking Road in December 2023. Additionally, customers across India have been enjoying their favorite toys through the online store.
