Ace Turtle has announced the appointment of Alok Dubey as Chief Business Officer, further strengthening its leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth as India’s leading tech-native retail enterprise.
An alumnus of IIM Bangalore and a seasoned retail leader, Dubey brings over three decades of experience across global and Indian fashion and lifestyle brands, including Apparel Group, Reliance Brands, Arvind Fashions, Swatch Group, and Titan. He has been instrumental in scaling brands such as U.S. Polo Assn. and Flying Machine, and has successfully steered turnarounds for Gas Jeans and Vision Express.
In his new role, Dubey will oversee the Lee® and Wrangler® businesses across India and select South Asian markets, driving brand performance, market expansion, and business strategy.
