
Electric vehicle manufacturer Numeros Motors has launched its latest multipurpose e-scooter, Diplos Max, marking its expansion into the personal mobility segment. The scooter, designed for various applications, prioritizes safety, reliability, and durability. It is priced at ₹1,13,399 (ex-showroom, Pune).
As part of its development, Numeros Motors conducted an extensive pilot test covering 13.9 million kilometers across diverse terrains to assess the scooter’s performance under different conditions. The Diplos Max features dual disc brakes, high-performance LED lighting, and smart connectivity options such as theft alerts, geofencing, and vehicle tracking. Its square chassis design and wider tires enhance durability and stability across road surfaces.
The company is actively expanding its sales and service network. Currently operational in 14 cities, Numeros Motors plans to onboard 100 dealers in 50 cities by FY 2026-27. Founded in 2019 by Shreyas Shibulal, the Bangalore-based OEM has filed over 200 intellectual property (IP) rights, with 113 already granted.
Numeros Motors operates a 16-acre industrial unit in Narasapura, near Bangalore, with a 20,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility capable of producing over 70,000 units annually. The facility houses a styling studio and a validation lab for product testing. As part of its expansion strategy, the company continues to strengthen partnerships with distributors and increase its presence in tier-1 and tier-2 cities across India.
