Nestlé Professional, the Out-of-Home division of Nestlé India, has reached a key milestone with 1,000 Retail ONE kiosks now operational across the country. This development reflects the company’s strategy to expand consumption channels beyond traditional retail and home settings.
The Retail ONE platform includes formats such as NESCAFÉ Corners, MAGGI Hotspots, and KITKAT Break Zones. These kiosks have been strategically deployed in locations with high footfall, including educational institutions, healthcare facilities, and tourist destinations. The rollout is part of Nestlé Professional’s broader plan to build alternate consumption formats in the growing out-of-home segment.
The Retail ONE network is supported by a workforce of 308 operators and 1,586 food handlers, including 255 women and 6 specially-abled individuals. This operational structure underlines Nestlé Professional’s emphasis on inclusive employment and contribution to the country’s foodservice ecosystem.
As one of the faster-growing verticals within Nestlé India, the Out-of-Home business continues to focus on extending brand engagement beyond household consumption. The company plans to further scale its Retail ONE footprint in line with rising demand for quick and accessible food and beverage options in public spaces.
