Neetu Kashiramka has stepped down from her position as Managing Director of VIP Industries Limited, concluding a five-and-a-half-year tenure with the luggage and travel accessories major. Kashiramka, who joined the company in April 2020 as Chief Financial Officer, went on to serve in multiple leadership roles including Executive Director & CFO, Managing Director & CFO, and finally Managing Director from February 2024 to October 2025.
Announcing her departure via LinkedIn, Kashiramka described her time at VIP Industries as “immensely rewarding,” highlighting the period as one of “transformation, collaboration, and growth.” She expressed gratitude to the Board, colleagues, and the wider VIP team for their trust and support during her leadership.
A Chartered Accountant by qualification, Kashiramka brings over two decades of experience in finance and corporate management. Prior to joining VIP Industries, she was the CFO of Greaves Cotton Limited for more than two years and spent 17 years at Jyothy Laboratories Ltd, where she rose from Assistant Manager to Vice President – Finance.
