JK Tyre & Industries Ltd. has redefined its distribution network with the launch of its first ‘JK Tyre Steel Wheels’ center in Farrukhnagar, Haryana. This move is part of the company’s rural expansion initiative targeting towns with populations of less than one lakh.
Over the next three months, the company will roll out its rural expansion program in Haryana, Bihar, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana, with plans for a nationwide rollout later this year.
The new center will offer customers a one-stop destination for all tire-related services, providing competitive pricing, industry-leading warranties, and value-added services like tire changing and wheel balancing. Additionally, the center will feature a unique facility for instant claims on non-truck tires, a first-of-its-kind offering for these regions.
Anshuman Singhania, Managing Director of JK Tyre, stated, "Our rural expansion program will help us reach the interiors of Bharat, areas that are economically vibrant but often underserved. We are not just creating retail points, but enabling entrepreneurship and access."
This initiative aligns with JK Tyre’s strategic vision to strengthen its last-mile presence and cater to the growing demand in India’s rural and semi-urban markets. Through this expansion, the company is empowering local entrepreneurs to manage and grow these centers, fostering self-reliance, creating local jobs, and driving economic growth at the grassroots level.
