Fine jewellery brand GIVA has secured over $100 million in a funding round led by Multiples Alternate Asset Management, with existing investors Epiq Capital and Edelweiss Discovery Fund also participating.
The transaction also marks the company's seventh employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) buyback.
Founded in 2019, GIVA began as a silver jewellery brand before expanding into gold and lab-grown diamond segments. The company has recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of over 70% in the past three years, closing FY26 with revenue of ₹865 crore.
The fresh funding will support GIVA's next phase of growth, with investments directed towards expanding manufacturing capabilities, accelerating retail expansion and strengthening its leadership team.
Over the next five years, the company plans to grow its retail network to more than 1,000 stores across India, up from its current network of over 400 stores across India and Sri Lanka.
