Serra International plans aggressive franchise expansion

Serra International, a preschool brand is seeking potential franchisees pan India.

Serra International, a pre-school brand is seeking potential franchisees pan India. For this, the brand has entered into a joint venture with Singapore based EtonHouse International Education Group to launch a chain of international pre-schools across India.

It is aspiring to open 100 pre-schools in next one year in Hyderabad, Chennai, Coimbatore, Cochin in the south; Chandigarh, Ludhiana, Mohali, Faridabad in the North; Patna, Bhubaneswar, Guwahati, Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Rourkela in the east; Surat, Bhopal and Baroda in the west of India. The company is seeking partnership with franchisees having covered area of 2,000 to3,000 sq. ft and an open space for children to play.

Promoted by Edvance Pre-School, Serra already operates 35 schools in Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Indore, Nagpur, Delhi and Kolkata. It caters to kids between one-and-a-half to five years through pre-nursery, nursery, K1 and K2 (kindergarten) facilities.
