
Belgium-based Puratos India, a global food Ingredient company, has launched its third Innovation Centre in India at Bengaluru. Currently, Puratos group's subsidiary has innovation centres in the country at Mumbai and New Delhi.
With this new launch, Puratos India will offer its customers in South India the access to concept developments, developing industrial applications, expertise and training. The Innovation Centre has been created in order to support the customers in the bakery, patisserie and chocolate sectors in developing the best-finished goods.

The new Innovation Centre in Bengaluru will be focusing on conducting customer engagement events, developing and showcasing new recipes, benchmarking products against competition and conducting training. It will further provide a dedicated space for presentations, seminars, workshops and product trials.
