What is unique about Magni SmarTech mattresses and how it ensures healthier sleep?

Magni SmarTech is an innovative patent pending product that analyzes and records data while you sleep to provide valuable insight and recommendations that improve your sleep. The state-of-the-art mattress cum bed’s split adjustable base also comes with several unique features which can be used to plan your well being. It is the only sleep technology in the world that monitors your sleep and the sleep of your partner in real time. You can also do remote monitoring of heath data for the person sleeping on SmarTech, this feature becomes very useful to keep a watch on the health of our loved ones too specially when you are at a geographical distance. The control unit processes the collected data, which can be displayed either on your smart phone app or on the SmarTech website.

What kind of data does the sleep system captures to analyze the sleep patterns?
SmarTech uses Magniflex's proprietary sleep technology that through a large number of sensors records a wide variety of data on you and the environment such as the time you wake up, the hours slept, your average heart rate and its fluctuations throughout the night and your average respiratory frequency, the brightness and noise level in your bedroom, anti snoring, anti stress positions and so on.

Please tell us about its split adjustable base, a mattress and proprietary sleep technology?
Magni SmarTech comes with a split adjustable base which has several unique features which I have explained above. The base is split in order to cater to each partner’s sleeping needs and can be adjusted according to their requirement. The state-of-the-art mattress included in the Magni SmarTech comes with a removable topper and has a variety of comfort inserts for customer, one can choose his/her preferences from options having memory foam, gel foam or latex. This is also anti bacterial, anti dust mites and Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified against the presence of harmful off-gassing or VOCs.

What are the objectives of anti-snore function?

If you regularly snore at night, it can disrupt the quality of your sleep and your partners sleep—leading to daytime fatigue, irritability, and increased health problems. The main objective of this feature is to give the customer and the partner an uninterrupted sleep so that both can sleep better at night.

What is your current retail presence and future expansion plans?
We are present in all the major cities of India through major furnishing stores and also plan to enter tier II cities which have shown high potential for growth. These will be a mix of franchise and exclusive major furnishing stores. Offline retail is major for us as this kind of product requires certain amount of personal selling and attention to various details about client’s requirements.

In addition to this we are also planning to introduce linen, bath towels, travel accessories and other related categories.

According to you how big is the mattress industry in India?
According to some sources and research reports, the India mattress market will be reaching over INR 100 billion by 2020.

What is your current revenue and future target?
We can only say that compared to last year we have grown by 100 percent and aim is to become the undisputed leader in sleep category of products.
