Mayur Thali, a restaurant chain that offers varied options of thalis at all its outlets is seeking expansion in Mumbai, Ahmadabad, Nashik, Aurangabad, Surat, Jaipur, Delhi, Bangalore and Chennai this year.

The brand currently has five outlets and has been serving an array of mouth-watering vegetarian Gujarati and Rajasthani thali since 1974.

Amit Chordia, CEO and MD, Mayur Thali says: “Franchising gives a much larger scope to expand our network. Besides Indian cities, we also have discussions in place to start operations in countries like Australia, Dubai, Singapore. We offer an unlimited thali with endless pleasure”

Pune based Mayur Thali seeks franchisees who have an area that is either rented or owned. The brand gives assistance in designing interiors, architecture, all engineering works, selection of equipments, software etc. Qualified staff from Mayur master outlet is also sent to franchisee outlets for training and inspections. The vegetarian Mayur thali has a diverse meal. Depending upon which region of the country you are in, the dishes that form part of the thali are quite different.
