ITSource, Academy of Computers has recently launched Swarn Bhavishya to make employability a reality. Beginning of 2011 witnessed the launch of this program under the franchise model with its first set up at Dhule in Maharashtra. The company plans to launch around 15 centres in the western and eastern part of Country by March 2011.
The current education system is not sufficiently prepared to address the new processes. Training is required in every field, be it sales, marketing, human resource, relationship building, logistics, production, engineering, etc.
The company is looking for franchisees in Maharashtra, Gujarat, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Orissa.
