
Titan’s Youth Brand, Fastrack, recently came up with its range of helmets hoping to organise the unorganised helmet market. The brand known for its wonderful collection of watches is all set to expand its presence, this time with the addition of helmets in it.
Lifestyle accessories have seemingly overpowered the jewellery business as Titan is more focused to expand the same instead of its jewellery business. Bhaskar Bhat, Managing Director, Titan, said “De-risking from the gold business is a choice the company has made, and in fact, Fastrack has shown us the way. We are evaluating many lifestyle categories but most of the development is at a very nascent stage right now. Within existing categories also, bags, for instance, we are evaluating scope to expand our offering further.”
