Fresh funding will help New Delhi based kitchen and lifestyle brand Cüraa accelerate its product expansion, strengthen its supply chain and scale its presence across multiple consumer channels. The company has raised Rs 40 crore in a Series A funding round led by 3one4 Capital.
Existing investors Kae Capital, Lumikai and Better Capital also participated in the round, while ValueBridge Capital, a Merisis company, advised on the transaction.
The newly raised capital will be deployed towards expanding Cüraa's portfolio across pre cook and cooking categories, strengthening its warehousing and supply chain infrastructure, and expanding its reach across D2C, marketplaces and quick commerce platforms. The company also plans to strengthen its leadership team with senior hires across key functions.
Founded in 2024 by chef and content creator Sanjyot Keer and entrepreneur Neeraj Kumawat, Cüraa develops kitchen appliances and tools designed around Indian cooking requirements and use cases.
Since its launch in September 2024, the company claims to have served more than three lakh households. Its monthly net revenue has grown 25 times since launch, while it is currently adding approximately 25,000 to 30,000 customers every month.
Cüraa currently sells through its own website as well as Amazon, Zepto and Swiggy Instamart, with Amazon contributing the largest share of its sales.
The brand follows an India first manufacturing approach, with most of the value addition taking place within the country. Certain components, however, are sourced internationally to optimise costs and improve supply chain efficiency.
“The investment allows us to accelerate that vision and help more Indian households cook better,” said Keer, who also runs the food content platform Your Food Lab.
Kumawat said the new funding will enable the company to strengthen product development, supply chain capabilities, customer experience and distribution as it enters its next phase of growth.
Raj Shamani is also associated with Cüraa as a strategic adviser, supporting the company in areas including consumer reach, brand amplification and strategy.
Going forward, Cüraa plans to focus on broadening its product portfolio while strengthening its operational capabilities around product quality, availability and customer service.
