Expanding its hospitality footprint in Goa, Indian Hotels Company Limited has signed a new resort project in South Goa near Colva Beach. The greenfield development will operate under the Gateway brand.

Spread across 2.9 acres overlooking Colva Beach, Gateway Resort Colva Beach Road, Goa will offer 175 rooms along with multiple food and beverage venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a bar.
The resort is planned with a range of leisure and wellness facilities such as a swimming pool, fitness centre, and treatment rooms. It will also house a nearly 7,000 sq. ft. ballroom complemented by outdoor lawns, positioning the property as a venue for weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events.
