Bodycraft Clinics and Salons has secured ₹120 crore in funding from Mumbai-based private equity firm Singularity AMC, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth journey as it strengthens its presence in India's beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics sector.
The investment will be deployed towards accelerating network expansion, upgrading clinical technology and infrastructure, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance operational efficiency, and delivering an improved customer experience across its locations.
Currently operating 67 clinics and salons nationwide, Bodycraft plans to expand its footprint by opening 30 additional centres. The transaction was exclusively advised by Quest Profin Advisors Pvt. Ltd., while ALMT Legal, Advocates & Solicitors served as legal counsel.
Established in 1997 by Manjul Gupta, Bodycraft has evolved from a standalone salon in Bengaluru into one of India's leading integrated clinic-and-salon chains. Today, the company is led by Sahil Gupta, CEO, Bodycraft Clinics and Salons, with clinical operations overseen by Dr Mikki Singh, Founder and Medical Director, Bodycraft Clinics and Salons.

Amid growing demand for premium beauty, wellness, and aesthetic care services in India, Bodycraft is set to utilise the fresh capital to accelerate its expansion plans and reinforce its leadership in the organised beauty and medical aesthetics market.
