Nitin Vijay started his journey of fulfilling his dream by getting admission into IIT- BHU, Varanasi in the year 2003. In the very first year of engineering he decided his aim i.e. to become a successful teacher and started working on it. He started teaching physics in Banaras, just to teach 1 batch of students he daily travels 60kms. In the second year, students loved the way he teaches them, so he started his own institute for physics with other partners with the name of Kota Point, and stated teaching there. The next two years he continued with his institute Kota point only. He not only focused on that institute, but he also focused on his studies and scored near to 8 CGPA, and got selected in two most popular companies through campus drive. Then he came back to Kota and optedBansal Classes for teaching physics. He hardly work there for 6 months, and after that he started his own institute for teaching physics to the students and year by year flourishing and blooming the flowers of success.

Motion's MD Mr. Nitin Vijay, A well renowned and highly respected physics teacher with 13 years experience of running an entrepreneurial venture in parallel education industry, started this journey with the foundation of Motion IIT JEE in Dec 2007 with a vision of fulfilling the dream of those students who urge to prepare for the exam of IIT, giving them a path to enlighten their dreams. Mr. Nitin brings a combination of proven execution and teaching abilities to Motion. Prior to finding Motion IIT-JEE, he drew lot of fame as a Physics faculty at Bansal Classes, Kota.

In 2007,He started this institute as a single subject Physics coaching institute with a power team of 4 members. Now with his hard work & dedication, he has taken Motion to a very vast level. Today MOTION is the Leading Institute for Preparation of JEE (Main + Advanced), other Engineering Examination, NTSE, KVPY and Olympiads and now in pre medical division also

Motion has extended its identity all over the India as has established its study centers and planning to set the foot prints more over it by opening new centers in the coming session.

This journey is still continued to flourish and wave the flags of success. There has been an overall considerable growth in the comprehensive manner as in the number of staff members associated, number of students enrolled and number of students selected in JEE. In a very short span of time, Motion has become synonym of success with the increasing faith of students in us. We are aiming to achieve high quality standards for our students.
