Mahesh Srinivasan, Country Head, BNI INDIA is more fondly known as Mac amongst his business associates and friends. Mac has a rich experience of working in multinational companies. After studying his Masters, he worked in USA for over 12 years. He ran technology companies focused in HR space and returned to India in 2003. He setup the operations for a multinational in India and scaled it to 800+ employees.

His journey in BNI started in 2006 when he visited a BNI Chapter in Mumbai along with his friends. They decided to setup BNI in Bangalore and over the past 10 years, the Bangalore region has grown close to 2000 entrepreneurs. In Jan 2016, Mac was invited to lead the country operations for BNI INDIA. Under his leadership BNI has started expanding to Tier 2, 3 and 4 cities, and has already grown 30% in membership across the country.
