Shashank Joshi is the Managing Director of My Mobile Payments Ltd, a leading mobile payments solutions company based in Mumbai, India, which owns the "Money-on-Mobile" brand. A serial entrepreneur, Shashank has over 22 years of professional experience of leading companies in the areas of IT and ITES, Outsourcing, Transition, Management consulting and Mobile Solutions. He pioneered the successful execution of Merchant Cash Advance and Merchant Processing businesses through the offshore route.

Shashank studied Mechanical Engineering from MIT. He also was a motivational trainer and has addressed several public seminars with over 700 people in attendance. He began his career in 1992 with computer software and hardware business, and in fact set up India’s first computer retail outlet in 1994. Since 2000, he has been involved with IT enabled services namely, medical transcription, international & domestic call centre and outsourced accounting.

Over the last decade, Shashank gained significant cross-border global experience in his various roles. First as Managing Director at Prospectbase IT Services Pvt Ltd, Prospectbase Inc. and Pbpayments Inc. with offices in Los Angeles, California. Later as Managing Director of My Mobile Payments Ltd where he aims to fulfill his vision of "Simplifying Payments" and bring the convenience of Simplified Mobile Payments to every mobile subscriber in India. With Money-On-Mobile, he is well on his way of achieving his vision. Shashank was one of the young CEOs to have received the privilege of attending the swearing-in ?ceremony of India's new Prime Minister, Narendra Modi in May 2014. Shashank is based in Mumbai, India and lives with his wife and two children.
