Developed Sales & marketing review as a platform to evaluate the effectiveness of hotel sales & marketing function and offered directions that enhanced their efficiencies by 30% and competitive position in their respective markets. He has also conducted annual Business Plan reviews for the Managed Hotels to ensure that these reflect true positioning in respect of their pricing to the target markets and all related strategies support RGI improvements by at least 10% and provided functional support to all the New Hotel Openings with the critical path in creating visibility to our existing customers, building launch plan pricing strategies by segment, interview & selection of DOSM and drive preferences within the Carlson system during Key-client events and RFP’s.
