Dr. Rajni Aggarwal, President of FIWE, is a Post Graduate from BITS, and Doctorate in education from Nagpur. As a first generation entrepreneurs she had, initially, set up a marketing organization in 1976, engaged in selling of Industrial plastic & Chemicals and subsequently established manufacturing facilities at Naraina Industrial Area, New Delhi in the field of electronic, including a component, audio systems & televisions. Keeping, in view her excellent performance, she was given National Award, as a Small Scale Entrepreneurs in 1987, by the President of India. She is the Present President of Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE), Founder and Managing Director of Sears International Pvt. Ltd., Founder - CEO of Shree Ganpati Exports, New Delhi and Secretary General of International Federation of Women Entrepreneurs (IFWE). She is member on the Board of leading Government and Private Corporations in India;
