MUMBAI BASED Girish Pande, is professional in strategic leadership position, with more than 24 years experience in varied businesses of hospitality, cinema exhibition and retail real estate and mall management.

He is COO and Director for EPMS(E -City Property Management Services ), an Essel group enterprise, is the largest comprehensive mall management company of india and set to be the leader till 2015 with assured mandate and targets of 30 million sq feet of minimum area under management. It today manages 25 SBUs as property managers in India (19 malls under its comprehensive total management, 4 commercial spaces, 1 residential township and 1 school as property managers). EPMS have already diversified into verticals of property management for offices, commercial spaces, residential, institutions like schools etc.

He also heads retail real estate of E-City ventures, malls with brand Fun Republic and owned by E-City ventures, Includes the total pre opertaions and post operations including leasing and financial management of owned malls, Fun Republics, which gives us the strength to be the best mall management know how in India as we are the only captive to third party management company in India.

Also heading Human Capital function for the group with the purpose to steer HR function into strategic business function. Human Capital function for E -City ventures encompasses taking care of more than 1000 Human capital resources in Cinema exhibition (Fun Cinemas ), malls ( Fun Republic), E-City digital (ECDC), retail media (ECM)and mall management (EPMS ).

Specialties: Total property and real esate management for the group and external clients as business head and overall human capital welfare by aligning best practices in business and people management for the company comprising of cinema exhibition and retail real estate. He is masters in Sociology and Hotel Management graduate from IHM, Lucknow.
