Deval Tibrewalla is a 5th generation entrepreneur and is currently CEO and Director of Polo Towers Group which owns and operates Shillong's only luxury hotel which is also one of the largest hotels in the North East.

Deval also conceptualized and built India's first design hotel, Chrome in the heart of Kolkata. It is to his credit that Chrome won a raft of awards including the World Architecture Forum Award for best new hotel. Allied to his passion for hospitality business, Deval has always nurtured an equally keen interest in the organised food & beverage retail space in India. Polo Foods, is a new business entity of the Group which has been conceived by Deval and spearheaded by him as CEO, which has now entered into this dynamic space as the Master Franchisee for two well loved US brands - Great American Cookies for the territory of India and Forever Yogurt for the countries of India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, Myanmar and Nepal. It is also the Master Franchisee of Quiznos for East India. He is a graduate of the prestigious Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne which was the world's first hotel school. He holds a Bachelor in Commerce – Accounting and Finance from St. Xavier’s College Kolkata, and is currently pursuing his masters from Harvard University.
