Striving to develop young minds in a different way, Stuti and Kirat Vaishnav, opened My Apple School. An MBA in Finance and banker by profession , Stuti’s job entailed meeting school principals and directors to fetch their permission to spend time with children for a tree-plantation session and many more such initiatives to inculcate in them good values and morals. On the other hand, Kirat Vaishnav always wanted to invest his time into planning how every kid can be explained about simple or complicated concepts of education without books and without being made to sit in the confines of four walls. Kirat’s passion to build a good learning environment and Stuti’s strong network in the academic world paved the way to My Apple School which was founded in 2007 reinforcing the three pronged learning methodology that include concrete activity, field trip and worksheets.

Technology has changed the scenario of education in this 21st century. My Apple School has its own software for operations. Every detail is fed into the system and made available, thus making the system transparent. It helps them in their operations as well as in carrying out audit in the pre-school. It is all because of technology that facilitates the parents to see their kid’s activities through CCTV.
According to Kirat, “Duplication has always been a successful model for most of the businesses; as far as education is concerned it requires standardisation and systems to run a successful business model. At ‘My Apple’ we have systems set through our software and standardised modus operandi in the form of our academic bible.”
Training and support
The curriculum of My apple School is based on three steps learning process, developed after 10 years of research. To put it in Kirat’s word, “This curriculum shall be inculcated in the teachers by exhaustive training from our experts. We will be providing a monthly bible of 12 months together. And these bibles will be updated every year. So the franchise will be getting 12 bibles every year with a new theme and updated style and method of teaching approach.” One person from the support team will be physically present in every city to provide support and guidance to the franchisees from time to time. The brand has tied up with nationalised bank for facilitating financing options for the fanchisees.
