Their restaurants serve a variety of classic American dishes. While many menus feature local favorites and twists on classic dishes, but always include classic wings with full variety of Atomic sauces to choose from. The brand offers a franchisee-friendly model which allows current restaurant or bar owners to add Atomic Wings to their menu with low startup costs, and virtually no new equipment or infrastructure. This has brought fresh branding, new life, and of course, great wings to many great bars and restaurants, making it our most popular franchising model.

Kindly discuss in detail regarding the inception, evolution growth of the brand.

AtomicWings was founded in 1989 by Adam Lippin. It was the first one of its kind restaurant in New York City. I acquired the company in 2016 when it had just two brick and mortar locations. Now,

we've evolved to 15 operating units. We have another 10 under construction this year and 90 units sold throughout the nation. We've evolved from a local brand into a national brand.

What potential do you see in franchising or scaling this business concept across India?

We see a huge potential in the India market. Our flavors would be localized to capture some of the great spices that come out of that region. We also have seen huge success from KFC in the India market, and we feel our product will speak for itself.

What is your vision for 2025? Our vision for 2025 is to expand from a national brand into a global brand.

We would like to have well over 200 units by 2025.

Which all cities towns are you looking at as potential cities to expand?

We are seeking partners pan-India we would leave this up to our local team and our real estate partners.

What are the benefits of becoming a franchisee/investor of your brand?

There are numerous benefits post association with our brand. Firstly, leadership team will be assisting our franchisees at every step of the way. Franchisees would have direct access to everyone at the C -level team. We've thrived in one of the biggest cities in the world. They say if you can make here you canmake it anywhere. We have a large desi population in New York City and they love our wings.

What are your expansion plans?

We plan to continue to expand across North America, South Asia, and the Middle East. We currently have over 90 agreements signed.

What criteria do you follow to select the partners what kind of training and support do you provide?

We are seeking brand associates who are active in their restaurants will build a culture at their stores that represents the values ofAtomicwings. They should focus on excellence in service and quality! We provide three weeks of on-site training and online courses for our franchisees.

Your message for Women Entrepreneurs.

We already have women partners running our brand successfully. As a father of a young daughter, I will do everything I can to encourage her to be her own boss.
