Quikwell Remedy is like a one-stop solution for healthcare needs. It provides services like OTC products, FMCG products, online consultations, medical tourism facilities, healthcare products, booking of doctors, lab testing, healthcare services at home, and ICU support.
There are 1,00,000 orders processed daily. More than 1000 doctor consultations are taking place each day with 500 plus lab tests. Quickwell has 2 lakh doctors at its portal both Indian and international. The ICU and critical care unit is a very distinct service that is given at the cost which other hospitals provide. During Covid, this service has been a service to the nation as it was much needed at those difficult times where hospitals could not fulfill these needs because of large numbers.
Currently, Quickwell has its stores in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi, Noida, Luck now, and Indore. Its franchises can sell both online and offline. It is now looking for expansion across India with over 100 franchisees.
There are three franchise models to partner with Quickwell:
In the first model, depending on the city, the inventory would be provided. It could be worth Rs 15 lakh of medicines and FMCG. The franchisee cost would be a non-refundable amount of Rs 3 lakh.
In the second model, a previous pharmacy is converted into a Quickwell store with previous inventory. There will be a need to add some inventory under the company. The franchise cost would be a non-refundable amount of Rs 3 lakh.
Both these models have a store set up cost of about Rs 2 lakhs that includes desktop, ERP software, and front display of the store. A B. pharma/ D pharma salesperson is appointed on brand payroll where half payment is done by the franchisee. The brand will appoint two local marketing interns to boost sales in the respective area supported by a local digital marketing team to retarget the audiences in the respective area. The portal will be provided where the patient could connect to Indian and foreign doctors. Lab testing booking facility provided at each franchise store.
The third model is where the franchise owner will take care of the entire inventory and Quickwell Remedy will not take part in the inventory management. This model does not have franchise cost but only Rs 10,000 will be charged for providing brand packaging.
Every franchise store has a health manager provided by the company who helps the patient get in touch with the doctor over the portal if required. He further helps with laboratory suggestions if any tests are needed to be done. The patient gets the reports quickly and further analysis can also be done online.
All the franchisees will be provided with digital marketing support. There will be only one store within a radius of 10 km.
The ROI is expected to be 100% within a year.
