The current overall turnover of the company, including annual capacity of its Jaipur and Delhi unit is around 13.5 Lakh ton.
Further, Garg explained, “On an average of 7000+ kg of Reiki Sugar/Salt is processed each day. We intend to cater to pan India and have plans to open an additional unit in Uttrakhand in 2016-17. We also have plans to foray in other consumable commodities very soon.”
Significantly, the product is special in its own way, as, there is no clear cut line of demarcation between a product being a health product or an ordinary eatable. It lies in the twilight zone of being of an ordinary eatable and health product.

At present, Neelvow have a reference based and bulk sales module and supplying products in hotels, hospitals, Ayurveda centre Prakartik Chikitshalaya, supermarkets like Modern Bazzar, 9/11 Stores, Shop & Save across Delhi & Jaipur.
Commenting over plans to expand market presence, Garg disclosed, “From November onwards we would outline a proper distribution model where cities like Jaipur, Udaipur, Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Agra, Dehradun, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Surat, etc could also be reached out. We would go aggressive in our supply chain for other Tier II & III cities in Uttar Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Punjab and Gujarat. In Next phase, we are eyeing the overseas markets as well, primarily, Gulf countries.”
Neelvow Reiki Food have reached to some tier II and III cities only and have elaborate future plans of increasing their reach to all over India. The company is betting big on their online presence via its official website and couple of online retail stores.

At last, commenting over its overseas expansion plans, he explained, “In retail, we are available only in India in different eCommerce platforms and with Modern Bazaar, 9/11 stores, Shop & Save etc., however, we’ve started delivering in overseas market too through personal contacts and word of mouth. In near future, we are planning to expand it to the overseas professionally.”
