“Treadmills and Steppers could easily become a thing of the past. There will be a lot of innovation even within closed doors. Wearable technology and apps will also be one of the most opted things, where people will rely more on machines than on themselves. It is not a good thing but if it is time-saving and predicts close to actual results, why not go for it,” said he.


Nature Workout:
Exclusively conceptualized by Gold’s Gym, Gurgaon branch- NatureFit is an attempt to bring the members out of the closed gym area in the natural environment. Exercising in the open air is the new fitness trend with renovated workout routines and hurdles. Masala Bhangra:
