Fitness and healthcare is one of the fields in the market, which are at its peak for the rising demands among people, awareness and health conscious population.

As per the report, major risks causing NCDs (Non Communicable Diseases) in India are tobacco, dietary risks, obesity, high blood pressure and air pollution which potentially could be mitigated through focusing on individual well-being and adopting appropriate preventive care.

According to a report by the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and EY consulting, titled "Value Added Service - Wellness and Preventive Healthcare", the Indian wellness industry is expected to grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 12 per cent for the next five years to achieve a Rs 1,50,000 crore-turnover by 2019-20.

For those who want to make it big in the fitness and healthcare sector, this is the right time to enter the market.

Zumba classes have started gaining popularity after the celebrities have started endorsing about it. Moreover people are keen to stay fit and live long but spending hours in gym, looking self on the mirror do not interest all, thus they look for options and stumble across this new thing in the market.

Zumba is not like a traditional franchise, it operates on a licensing model. Thus those who want to open their Zumba business, here are a few tips to help you out:

1.Location:

No mater whatever business you try to start with, finding the right location is very important, as you would not like your energy, hard earned money and time to fall apart for your one wrong decision.

Thus one should focus on finding the location, where he can get business or where people are really eager to use the service or in need of the product, your business is offering. This can only be done by a thorough market study and analysis of your business that you are going to start.

2.Hunt for Instructor:

The entire Zumba business is based on only one thing that is trained and skilled instructors. Instructors are the ones, who are going to run your business basically.

Getting skilled and well trained instructors might sound like extremely hard work but it is totally worth it. You would not like to play with the customers’ health, which are your bread and butter.

Only a well trained instructor will be able to take care of the customers’ needs and minor injuries and sprains, which are likely to occur during the classes.

3.License and paper work:

Even though Zumba is very new to the fitness market, yet people look for authenticity and legit place, where they can invest for the services.

Moreover for a customer it is very important to trust on the company, where they are going to invest time, energy, money in a hope to get their body transformed.

Once the trust factor is build, it will give weight age to your company above the other competitor companies and will attract more customers, which means it will help in lifting up the business.

4.Marketing:

Now comes the final step, before you let your company open gates for public and that is marketing. Marketing is not only publicizing your service but also to let people know about the existence of your company.

It is better if you collaborate initially with a renowned gym, where they already have a customer base and later you can open your own studio right next to the gym, and then you both can help each other in business.

However, there are chances that you might not see the profits flowing in your business in the initial few months but a good marketing strategy will start showing results slowly but definitely.
