How HealthPIE function
HealthPIE helps patient consult a doctor and receive prescription on SMS, which is a big value addition to the patient who finds it difficult earlier to understand doctor’s handwriting. And, it is easily referable in future while visiting doctor next time to show him medications you’ve been taking. Moreover, post consultation, the patient receives a document that includes information pertaining to the disease/ ailment that they have been diagnosed with, and thus, educates the patient about it.
The information provided to the patient is written by the doctor, however it’s seamlessly integrated via technology and made available by mTatva the patient walks out of the clinic. Also, the patient gets information and alerts about his medication intake schedule through text alerts. Further, all the medical records including diagnosis report, prescriptions, etc., of the patients are saved on cloud, enabling the patients secure, 24X7 accesses to it that too from anywhere, anytime.
Clients/ customers: We got our first paying customer Telerad RxDx in January' 14. Further, we added quite a few hospitals since then within the year. Though our B2B offering is very successful and adoption is increasing month-by-month, but we saw a gap where we want to give this offering directly to consumers, independent of any hospital they go to and also increase scope of our offerings. This led to our B2C solution offering.

Post check-up, all the patient has to take a picture of their medical prescription; once it is done the app decodes doctor’s prescription, digitizes it and sends daily reminders to patients about their medication intake.
